Apriko ("we", "us", "our") is an independent studio that builds and operates a small family of apps. This policy explains what we collect across our apps, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest, and we do not sell your data.
Apriko is the developer behind our apps. You can reach us any time at hello@apriko.co. This policy applies to our apps and this website. Where an individual app handles data differently, its in-app notices take precedence.
We do not knowingly collect more than an app needs to do its job.
Any transactional emails are sent from the apriko.co domain via Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS SES). They are only sent in response to an action you take, such as signing up or requesting a password reset.
Data associated with account-based apps is stored on secured cloud infrastructure and protected in transit with encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. Offline apps keep their data on your device unless you choose to back it up or sync it.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make our apps work — such as our hosting and email providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where we are required to by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. When you delete your account, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain some of it.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
If we update this policy we will change the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
